Noorí is founded and based in Jönköping, Sweden, where we create high-quality hair clips with a passion for design and craftsmanship.
How long does shipping take?
Within Sweden: 1-3 business days. Within Europe: 3-7 business days.
Worldwide: Approximately 5-10 business days.
How do i start a return?
We offer free returns within 14 days from the date you receive your package.
Email us at: support@noorilabel.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us promptly at support@noorilabel.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot offer replacements or refunds for items that show signs of normal use or wear after 15 days.
Are your products waterproof?
Our hair accessories are made from acetate and designed for everyday wear, including use on wet hair. The springs are made from stainless steel, but we recommend avoiding long periods of submersion in water to help maintain the quality and finish over time.
